Sharon joined Cynergy Bank in 2022 bringing a wealth of product, marketing and private banking experience from both the UK and international markets.

She joined from C. Hoare & Co., where she had been Chief Customer Officer responsible for all products and services, customer experience and brand and marketing.

With over 20 years of experience, she has held a variety of retail, product and wealth management leadership roles at Commercial Bank of Dubai, Bank of Qatar, Coutts and delivered record breaking results as the UK MD of Wealth Management and Retail Banking at Citigroup International.

She is a Non-Executive Director at Streeva, a payment communication platform.
