I originally started in the organisation when it was Bank of Cyprus UK Ltd as a Relationship Lending Manager in the Southgate office, and saw many changes at the Bank during this time. I've always found the Bank to be friendly, people orientated and customer focused. As a challenger bank I’ve gained a more rounded experience with Cynergy Bank having previously worked at high street banks. A real bonus is having easy communication with other departments and people to get advice or resolve problems quickly, or just to have a chat.

- Our Helping Hands scheme gives Cynergy Bank employees two days paid leave per year to volunteer with a #charity of their choice.
- We are proud to be supporters of Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice as our flagship charity. In 2023, we volunteered over 125 hours and raised £30,000 for the charity.
