Ravi Sidhoo

Managing Director – Property & Private Banking – Executive Management

Ravi Sidhoo joined the Bank in April 2019 as Managing Director – Private, Business and Commercial Banking.

He has over 15 years’ experience in corporate and private banking including senior roles with HSBC (in New Delhi and London), Brown Shipley and Coutts & Co. At the latter firms, he set up and led sizable teams and businesses focused on meeting the banking needs of a mixed profile of UK and international clients.

Ravi has significant experience of working closely with businesses across a range of sectors and geographies, as well as with business owners, family offices and their professional advisors to deliver a wide range of banking services.

At Cynergy Bank, Ravi has been instrumental in setting up the private banking division and expanding its business and commercial division. He was also head of distribution in 2021.

In 2022, Ravi took frontline responsibility for the Real Estate Finance Group, Cynergy Bank’s largest portfolio as Managing Director.

Outside of work, Ravi is an avid mentor speaking about career progression; working across borders to students and has previously volunteered for the Prince’s Trust. In his free time, he likes to research Vedic philosophy.
