Through Talent Acquisition, I lead our direct sourcing strategy and hiring activity across the Bank, ensuring we attract exceptional people who align with our purpose and values.
Within Talent Management, I partner with leaders to build capability, enable succession planning and create clear pathways for growth across our teams.
Through Talent Development, I design and deliver learning experiences that strengthen leadership, enhance performance and create a culture where everyone can thrive.
Together these pillars support Cynergy’s vision of being the UK’s human digital bank, combining human connection with technology to make work more personal, inclusive and impactful.
