Claire brings significant experience in business change and transformation within dynamic banking environments, particularly in growth scenarios. As CP&CO, she leads Cynergy Bank’s People & Culture function, developing and executing the Bank’s strategy to attract, develop and retain the best talent with a focus on diversity and inclusion to ensure equitable and inclusive treatment of all team members.

Prior to joining Cynergy Bank, Claire was Chief People Officer & Executive Committee member at pension manager Isio, where she was responsible for overseeing the people & culture strategy to underpin business growth. She also spent 5 years at Santander UK plc where she was Deputy CPO & People Director and held senior HR roles at Royal Bank of Scotland
