The Role

This is a strategic relationship role where you will combine business development expertise with a deep understanding of transactional banking, deposits and liquidity solutions.

In this role you will:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract stable, low-cost deposits.
• Drive acquisition of Business Current Accounts and Business Savings Accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand cash management needs.
• Identify new business opportunities across sectors, focusing on liquidity and deposit growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align deposit-gathering activities with wider business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and market trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
• Represent Cynergy Bank at industry events and networking opportunities.

What You will Bring

• Proven experience in business development and cash deposits.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of deposit products and cash management solutions.
• Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
