What’s the opportunity?
As a key member of the Cynergy Business Finance Operations team, you will act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of clients. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring strong risk management across ledger administration, reconciliations, and collateral oversight. You’ll also support client onboarding and help maintain high‑quality operational processes. This is an excellent role for someone looking to progress in the Asset Based Lending industry within a fast‑paced challenger bank.

How You Will Make an Impact
Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their businesses and debtor relationships.
Administer ledgers, payment requests, and monthly management information in line with policy.
Proactively resolve issues arising from month‑end reconciliations.
Oversee daily balancing of the operating system and process client payments.
Support onboarding of new clients and maintain accurate records.
Provide timely feedback and reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management and Relationship Managers.
Deliver high‑quality service and ensure strong control over funded collateral.
Understand and promote CBF and wider bank products, identifying and acting on sales opportunities.
Adhere to AML requirements and maintain vigilance regarding customer and debtor conduct.
What You Will Bring
Previous experience in a Relationship Executive role within the Asset Based Lending industry.
Strong risk management, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Working knowledge of Dancerace or Risk Factor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Customer‑centric mindset, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
