What’s the opportunity?

This is a pivotal role within our Transformation & Change function. You will lead the PMO, ensuring consistent delivery standards, effective governance, and strong project controls across the portfolio. Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and business units, you will drive organisational alignment, transparency, communications and continuous improvement.

You will enjoy hybrid working, with 3 days per week in our London office and 2 days from home.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop and implement PMO strategy, frameworks, and standards.

• Oversee project governance, ensuring adherence to policies, processes, and controls.

• Manage portfolio reporting, prioritisation, and resource planning.

• Provide guidance and support to project managers and delivery teams across the lifecycle.

• Monitor project performance, risks, and issues, escalating where required.

• Lead governance forums and portfolio reviews with senior leadership.

• Ensure transparent and effective communication across stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and develop PMO analysts and project managers, fostering continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring

• Significant experience in PMO leadership or senior project management roles.

• Proven track record implementing and managing PMO functions in complex, regulated environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting capabilities.

• Expertise in project management tools and reporting systems.

• Ability to drive standardisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
