Join us as a Salesforce / nCino Platform Owner (Lead) and take ownership of one of the bank’s most business-critical platforms. This is your opportunity to lead from the front—driving delivery, shaping engineering standards, and ensuring our Salesforce and nCino ecosystem powers growth across the bank.
What’s the opportunity?
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where technology meets commercial outcomes. You’ll lead the delivery and evolution of our Salesforce and nCino platform—owning everything from sprint delivery through to production stability.
You’ll work at the heart of the bank, connecting business priorities with engineering execution, leading distributed teams, and ensuring we deliver at pace without compromising quality.

Hybrid working: 3 days in our London office, 2 days from home.

How You Will Make an Impact
Own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and nCino enhancements
Lead and energise onshore and offshore teams to deliver consistently at pace
Turn solution designs into clear, executable plans that engineers can run with
Remove blockers, manage risks, and keep delivery moving
Set the standard for engineering quality, driving best practice and reducing rework
Ensure stable, reliable releases with minimal production issues
Lead testing cycles with a strong focus on quality and speed
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure what we build delivers real value
Shape a high-performing, collaborative team culture
What You Will Bring
Strong Salesforce and/or nCino delivery experience
Proven leadership of distributed (onshore/offshore) teams
Confidence operating in Agile environments with fast-paced delivery cycles
Ability to bridge business and engineering—turning ideas into outcomes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A mindset focused on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
Nice to have:
Banking or financial services experience
Enterprise CRM delivery exposure
Experience working in regulated environments
